We have a physical office in Delaware, United States, which serves as our administrative hub for student support services. Although we previously offered on-campus classes, the demand for distance education led us to transition to fully online learning, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are now exclusively a distance education institution.

Hallford University does not offer automatic or government-funded scholarships. As a private institution, we provide institutional tuition assistance and select merit-based awards on a limited and competitive basis for qualified applicants.

No. Financial aid and scholarships are not guaranteed. Approval depends on availability, the strength of the applicant’s academic and professional profile, demonstrated need, and alignment with program expectations.

Applicants who demonstrate academic readiness, professional experience, financial need, and a clear commitment to completing their program may apply. Financial assistance is intended for serious, self-funded learners.

Only applicants with a bachelor’s degree or diploma are eligible to apply for the master’s degree program. And only those with a master’s degree can apply for the DBA program. However, applicants with a bachelor’s degree but no master’s degree may apply for the dual degree MBA + DBA program, as it serves as a bridge program from MBA to DBA.

Yes, you may still qualify. We consider applicants who lack a formal bachelor’s degree but have substantial industry experience and relevant certifications. This can include diplomas, higher national diplomas, or certificate programs. We evaluate each application on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, our degrees are recognized globally. However, acceptance can vary by country and employer. We recommend checking with your local authorities or employer to confirm that online degrees are accepted in your region or organization.

It only takes a few minutes to complete the application. However, approval can typically take a few days.

Classes usually start at the beginning of the intake month. Our classes are asynchronous, which means the lessons are pre-recorded and accompanied by reading materials.

To get started, submit your application, pay the corresponding fee, receive your student portal account, and start earning.

The mode of teaching is asynchronous, with pre-recorded lessons and reading materials provided to students. Assessments at the end of each module are conducted through multiple-choice assessments. Additionally, for the DBA program, there is a doctoral research component.

No additional fees will be required throughout your study. The fees mentioned represent the total cost for the entire program, covering books, unlimited access to the university portal, graduation fees, degree certificates, and academic transcripts.

The MBA program typically lasts 1 year, while the DBA program spans 2-3 years. However, there is no minimum time required to complete either program; you can finish at your own pace as long as you complete all required modules.

We do not hold physical graduation ceremonies due to the diverse geographic locations of our students. However, we are planning a virtual graduation ceremony, with the date to be announced. We are gathering information from students to ensure that, if the event takes place, it will be livestreamed for everyone to participate.

An MBA thesis is not mandatory; however, students have the option to pursue a master’s research project. If completed, this research will be reflected on their transcript.

Yes, completing a doctoral dissertation is required, as it is a key part of the graduation requirements.

Our online programs do not require physical residency. All coursework and interactions can be completed online, providing flexibility for students regardless of their location.

If your credits matches with our program description, you may transfer them from accredited institutions. Each transfer request will be reviewed individually, taking into account course relevance and academic standards.
