Overview & Acceptance

Hallford University is an online educational institution operated by Hallford LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Delaware, United States.

References in these Terms to “Hallford University,” “Hallford,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Hallford LLC and the Hallford University educational platform, as applicable.

These Terms apply to individuals who access or use our website, submit an application, enroll in a program, access the student learning environment, use Hallford materials, or otherwise use services provided by Hallford University.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not enroll in or continue using services that require your acceptance of them.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Applicants must satisfy the admissions requirements applicable to the program for which they apply.

Admission decisions may consider factors including:

• Previous academic qualifications
• Professional or managerial experience
• Submitted academic documents
• Curriculum vitae or résumé
• Statement of purpose or application responses
• English-language ability where relevant
• Overall readiness for the selected program

Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and authentic information.

Hallford may request additional documents or identity verification where reasonably necessary to review an application, protect academic integrity, or maintain reliable student records.

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.

Educational Services

Hallford University provides online business education programs, learning materials, assessments, student administration, academic records, and related educational services.

Programs may include:

• Master of Business Administration programs
• Doctor of Business Administration programs
• Integrated or sequential academic pathways
• Other business or professional educational offerings introduced by Hallford

Program structure, modules, assessment methods, duration, academic requirements, tuition, and completion requirements may differ between programs.

The applicable program page, student documentation, and official Hallford communications form part of the information governing each student’s enrollment.

Online & Self-Paced Learning

Hallford University’s programs are delivered online.

Unless a specific activity is expressly identified otherwise, learning is designed to be asynchronous and students are not required to attend scheduled daily classroom sessions.

Students may access course materials remotely and progress through their program in accordance with the academic structure, assessment requirements, and any applicable completion deadlines.

Students are responsible for maintaining:

• A suitable internet connection
• A compatible computer or device
• Access to a functioning email account
• Any software reasonably required for course participation

Student Accounts & Security

Student accounts are personal to the enrolled student and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or made available to another person.

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their account.

You must promptly notify Hallford if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Hallford may temporarily restrict account access where reasonably necessary to investigate security concerns, suspected fraud, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

Academic Requirements

Enrollment alone does not guarantee successful completion or graduation.

Students must satisfy the academic requirements associated with their program, which may include:

• Completion of required modules
• Assignments
• Online assessments
• Applied projects
• Research papers
• Doctoral research requirements where applicable
• Final assessments or presentations
• Other requirements stated in the applicable program

Hallford may require revision, resubmission, or additional work when academic submissions do not satisfy the relevant assessment criteria.

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to demonstrate honesty and integrity throughout their studies.

Academic misconduct may include:

• Plagiarism
• Cheating
• Submitting work created by another person as your own
• Unauthorized collaboration
• Fabricating research, references, or evidence
• Submitting falsified academic or identity documents
• Manipulating assessment systems
• Impersonating another student

Students must appropriately acknowledge sources and comply with any academic-integrity and assessment requirements communicated by Hallford.

Suspected misconduct may be investigated and may result in resubmission requirements, assessment penalties, suspension, or termination of enrollment depending on the circumstances and severity of the violation.

Student Conduct

Students must interact with Hallford staff, other students, and institutional systems in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment or credible threats
• Fraud or deliberate misrepresentation
• Impersonation of Hallford personnel or another student
• Unauthorized access to Hallford systems
• Interference with the operation of Hallford platforms
• Use of Hallford services for unlawful activities
• Deliberate misuse of institutional records or documents

Tuition, Fees & Payments

Tuition and payment options are stated on the applicable program or enrollment page or otherwise communicated to the student before enrollment.

Students may be offered:

• Full-payment options
• Installment-payment arrangements
• Other approved payment arrangements

Students using installment arrangements are responsible for making payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make payments when due may result in reasonable collection efforts or temporary restrictions on services, subject to applicable law and Hallford’s published policies.

Hallford may change tuition for future enrollments. Changes will not ordinarily alter the tuition arrangement already agreed for an enrolled student unless the applicable enrollment terms expressly provide otherwise or both parties agree.

Refunds, Cancellation & Withdrawal

Refund eligibility is governed by Hallford University’s applicable Refund Policy and any mandatory rights provided by law.

A student’s voluntary withdrawal does not automatically create a right to a full or partial refund.

Any refund request will be considered according to the terms that applied to the enrollment and the applicable Refund Policy.

Accreditation, Recognition & External Acceptance

Hallford publishes information concerning its institutional accreditation, certifications, affiliations, and quality assurance relationships on its official website.

Students should review that information before enrolling.

The acceptance or recognition of any academic credential may differ depending on the:

• Country or jurisdiction
• Employer
• University or educational institution
• Credential-evaluation organization
• Government authority
• Immigration authority
• Professional regulator
• Licensing body

Hallford cannot guarantee that a qualification will satisfy every external recognition, professional licensing, immigration, employment, academic progression, or credential evaluation requirement.

Students intending to use a Hallford qualification for a particular regulated or official purpose should independently confirm the applicable requirements before enrolling.

Intellectual Property

Hallford University and its licensors retain applicable rights in educational content, website content, course materials, graphics, branding, logos, documents, videos, assessments, and other protected materials.

Students receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access educational materials for legitimate personal study during their authorized enrollment.

Unless authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, users may not:

• Sell or commercially redistribute course materials
• Share restricted course access with others
• Reproduce substantial portions of protected materials
• Create unauthorized commercial derivative products
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Use Hallford branding in a misleading manner

Third-Party Services

Some external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Hallford is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent those services are outside Hallford’s reasonable control.

Website & Service Availability

Hallford seeks to maintain reliable access to its website, student systems, and educational services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

• System maintenance
• Software updates
• Hosting-provider issues
• Internet disruptions
• Security incidents
• Events outside Hallford’s reasonable control

Hallford may modify or replace technology platforms when reasonably necessary to operate or improve its services.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Educational services are provided for educational and professional-development purposes.

Hallford does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Promotion
• Salary increases
• Professional licensing
• Immigration outcomes
• Admission to another institution
• Recognition by every employer or authority

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hallford will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances reasonably outside its control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

Hallford may suspend or terminate access where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a serious violation has occurred.

Grounds may include:

• Serious or repeated academic misconduct
• Fraudulent admissions documents
• Unauthorized system access
• Account sharing or impersonation
• Credible threats or serious harassment
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Serious or repeated violation of institutional policies

Hallford may temporarily suspend access while investigating suspected misconduct.

Where reasonably appropriate, the student will be informed of the reason for disciplinary action and any available internal review or appeal process.

Termination does not automatically eliminate legitimate outstanding financial obligations, although any such obligations remain subject to applicable law and the terms governing the student’s enrollment.

Changes to Programs & Terms

Hallford may update program materials, curriculum, assessment methods, technology systems, policies, or these Terms when reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated where appropriate.

Updated Terms will be published on the Hallford website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not be applied in a manner that removes mandatory rights provided under applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising directly from them are governed by the laws applicable to Hallford LLC in the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, students are encouraged to contact Hallford and provide a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be reviewed and resolved.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable enrollment terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, academic policies, and other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of Hallford services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

A failure by Hallford to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

Assignment

Hallford LLC may transfer rights or obligations associated with these Terms as part of a legitimate corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, transfer of operations, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

Students may not transfer their enrollment or student account to another individual.
