Refunds

1. Withdrawal

1.1 Within the First Two Weeks

  • Refund Entitlement: Students who withdraw from the program within the first two weeks of the start date are entitled to a refund of 50% of the Tuition Fees.
  • Outstanding Balance: If fees paid in advance are less than 50% of the course fee, the remaining balance will still be payable.

1.2 After Two Weeks

  • No Refund: Students who withdraw from the program after the first two weeks will not be entitled to any refund. Any fees outstanding at the time of withdrawal will remain payable.

2. Withdrawal Notification

  • Procedure: All withdrawals must be notified in writing to Student Services.
  • Effective Date: The effective date for the calculation of any refund is the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice by Student Services.

3. Special Conditions

  • Instalment Plans and Scholarships: No refund will be provided if you are on an instalment fee payment plan or have received a scholarship.
